Shipping policy

Our aim is to process and fulfil all orders within two business days from the time the order is placed.

Please note that orders placed during long weekends and public holidays may require additional processing time. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing the shipping and tracking details, enabling you to track your package.

All orders are shipped using Australia Post and are subject to their delivery timelines.  

WITHIN AUSTRALIA

For orders under $58 AUD, a flat rate of $10.90 AUD is applicable for standard shipping.
Orders over $58 AUD qualify for free standard shipping. 
A flat rate of $14.60 AUD is applicable for express shipping.

Typical delivery timeframes: 

Express shipping: Please allow 1-3 business days for delivery

Standard shipping : Please allow 4-7 business days for delivery

Please note - orders being delivered to regional areas of Australia, Western Australia, and non-metropolitan locations may require more time for delivery (as per Australia Post).

INTERNATIONAL

We currently ship to to three countries overseas; UAE, Poland and Northern Ireland. Freight charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the order. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs handling fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
